Our process

Start by answering a few questions about your space. A team member will review your profile and, within 72 hours, we’ll schedule a phone call to get all the important details—what you need, your desired timeline, and how we can bring your vision to life.

This is where the fun begins! We’ll meet—either in person or virtually—to explore your space and get to know you. We’ll chat about your lifestyle, what’s working (and what’s not), and gather your ideas, must-haves, and design goals. We’ll take measurements (or guide you through them virtually) and begin brainstorming a plan that’s tailored to your functional needs—while making sure your personal style shines through every detail.

Next, you’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining the steps, materials, and timeline. We will include a breakdown by space and a projected range for material costs. If any custom solutions are needed, we’ll coordinate it all. You’ll know exactly what to expect from start to finish!

Now the magic happens. Whether it’s decluttering, organizing, installing new systems, or styling updates, we’ll tackle everything. Depending on the project, you will most likely need to be involved for a declutter day (and it’s always a party!), but you can leave the heavy lifting to us. Once we’re done, we’ll walk through the space together, making sure you’re 1000% happy.

After 45 days of using your newly updated space, we’ll check back in to ensure the new systems are working perfectly for your needs and lifestyle. This step is very near and dear to our team – we want to make sure it’s fully functional and easy for you to maintain. Because it’s not just about getting your space organized once…it’s about creating a system that allows you to stay organized long-term. Once we know for sure that we’ve accomplished that for you, our job is done and you can keep enjoying your beautiful new space!
